Returns & Exchanges

Our goal is to make your shopping experience easy and beneficial. Occasionally products need to be returned for one reason or another. We want to make that experience as convenient as possible.

The following is our Return Policy:

1. Returning a Product Under Manufacturer’s Warranty: To benefit from the full protection of the manufacturer’s warranty, the product must be returned directly to the manufacturer. The manufacturer’s warranty information and phone number is included with the product. When you call the manufacturer’s Customer Service Department, a representative will assist you with their return procedure and warranty program. Please call OSC-MRO’s Customer Service Department at 858-408-0751 if you require assistance with a manufacturer.

2. Returning a Product Damaged in Shipping: Occasionally a product will get damaged in shipping. If this has happened to your order please contact us, 858-408-0751 or you may email us at service@oscmro.com. We will assist you in filing the claim with the shipper who shipped your order. To expedite the process, please keep the item in its original packaging.

3. Returning a Product for Other Reasons: We will accept returns for other reasons provided the product is in perfect working order, is still in its original condition and container, and you return it within 30 days of receipt. Note that there are some items that cannot be returned due to hazardous or health issues and some items may be subject to a restocking fees.

Please follow the steps below:
a. Please call us at 858-408-0751 and ask for a Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA#).
b. Include a copy of your invoice showing your purchase.
c. We will work with you on arranging the return shipment.

When we have received your return and it is opened and inspected, we will credit the payment method that was used to make the purchase. You will be credited the full price of the product. We will notify you via email of your refund.

4. Exchanges: Our return center cannot process exchanges. If you’ve found another item on our website that you would prefer, please place a separate order for the new item and return the unwanted one under the terms of our Return Policy.

5. Order Minimums:
• Federal customer order minimum is $300 for FOB destination.
• All qualifying Air Force Tools & Parts customer order minimum is $200 for FOB destination.
• Other commercial customer order minimum is $600 for FOB destination.
• Absolute minimum order size is $50.00, however reasonable shipping charges apply.
